1. Social Media Manager
Position Overview
You will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports marketing & customer support initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness. You are responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing, and contributing to all social media channels in an effort to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent marketing message and strengthening our position in the market.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze and evaluate both existing and potential social media activities and strategies
2. Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness
3. Identify, interpret, and capitalize on social media trends
4. Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs & initiatives
5. Work closely with other marketing organizations to ensure tight integration of all social media programs & initiatives
6. Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, and social media programs that are targeted toward key customer segments
7. Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of social media tactics and programs
8. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media programs and implement improvements as required
9. Participate and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels
10. Educate and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management and other marketing organizations
11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, customer support, product management, etc.) to provide support to their initiatives
12. Measure the success of social media activities and report the results to management
13. Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations
14. Create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule

1. Vast experience with today's media channels
2. A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
3. Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills
4. The ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes
5. Knowledge and understanding of technology, search, new trends and the latest in social media innovation
6. Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to create editorial content at a moment’s notice
7. Experience in advertising, public relations, and online marketing a must
8. Proficient with social listening tools such as TweetDeck and Google Alerts
9. Ability to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns
10. Ability to identify threats and opportunities within the user generated content space and make quick decisions
11. Experience in integrating content into multiple social distribution channels
12. Proven track record of listening & engaging with the online community and acting on their behalf
Robot-App™ developer
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced, energetic and passionate developers to join our robot-app™ development team.
As a software engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of a groundbreaking
robot-apps that will be downloaded by millions. You must be very flexible, with hands-on
experience and involvement. Familiar with many programming languages, and willing to learn new as
new languages arise, working with SOA based topology and across systems with online/offline capabilities.
You are expected to be self-starter who can operate well under a variety of different
situations and types of projects, ranging from a team of one to a team of many.
Job Requirements
1. Responsibility for full lifecycle application development
2. Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages, and over multiple environments
3. Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
4. Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
5. Software modeling and simulation
6. Software testing and quality assurance
7. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
8. Support, maintain and document software functionality
9. Integrate software with existing systems
10. Experience with all communication protocols from simple telnet and SSH to HTTP, FTP, MSMQ and others.

be a key person in charge of budgets, revenues and administration. Quite how much responsibility you have will depend
on whether you work under an account director, or are directly responsible to the managing director.
